We operate three major self-owned manufacturing bases located in Jiande, Hangzhou, China as well as Semarang, Indonesia. Our domestic manufacturing plant covers an area of 45,000 square meters,Indoesia manufacturing plant covers an area of 30,000 square meters dedicated to high-end markets across Europe, North America and Southeast Asia. For more than 27 years, we have been providing safe, reliable and cost-effective automotive safety & new energy EV solutions for global B2B buyers. Our products comply with international standards and have obtained UL, TUV, GS, CE, EMC, RoHS ,ETL,FCC certifications. Our factory has passed ISO9001, ISO14001 and BSCI audits, fully meeting the supplier requirements of major overseas retail brands.

Production Workshop & Equipment
We are equipped with complete independent workshops including plastic injection, cable extrusion, wire harness weaving, SMT and final assembly. We adopt automated production equipment, lean production and digital management supported by MES, SCM and ERP systems. Our professional engineering team carries out product design, mold development, sample testing and mass production all in-house. Our products feature excellent waterproof, dustproof, flame retardant, low temperature resistance and long service life, widely applied in automotive aftermarket, outdoor travel and new energy charging scenarios.
Independent Laboratory & Strict Quality Control
We have built a dedicated reliability laboratory equipped with full sets of testing apparatus. Every batch of products undergoes comprehensive tests including temperature-rise test, high-low temperature cycling, rainfall waterproof test, sand & dust test, insertion & extraction force test and glow wire flame retardant test before shipment, to guarantee stable performance under various harsh operating environments.
Global Dual-Site Inventory and Delivery Capabilities
Our domestic factory has a maximum daily production capacity of 20,000 units. Our production facility in Indonesia covers an area of 30,000 square meters and has a maximum daily production capacity of 20,000 units; located just 30 miles from a seaport, it offers convenient access to ocean freight. This dual-site production layout enables our global customers to flexibly schedule orders and optimize logistics costs, while ensuring stable, bulk deliveries for large-scale OEM and ODM projects.
