Zhejiang Safemate Automotive Safety & Emergency Technology Co.,Ltd, was established on July 1, 1999.
The company has been focusing on R&D, manufacturing and sales of automobile travel safety products, first aid products, repairing and maintenance products, and EV products. As a trusted global manufacturer of driving safety and self-rescue solutions for vehicle users, we operate three major manufacturing bases in Jiande, Hangzhou and Semarang, Indonesia, with a total of more than 400 employees.
Driven by our core mission-to empower safer and smarter journeys for global drivers-we have evolved into a fully integrated, cross-border manufacturing ecosystem. Today, we serve the automotive, new energy, and aftermarket industries across Europe, North America, and worldwide, striving toward our vision: to deliver reliable safety & EV solutions to drivers across the globe.

Our products comply with EU TUV/GS ,CE,CB,FCC,ETL,SAE UL certifications, and our factory has passed ISO 9001, ISO 14001 quality & environmental management system audits as well as BSCI social compliance assessment. Continuous R&D expansion has grown our portfolio to more than 700 complete automotive safety product lines.
Our production facilities are equipped with advanced automated assembly systems, precision molding processes, and rigorous quality control workflows aligned with international standards. Every product undergoes strict lab testing to guarantee durability, safety and stable performance even under harsh operating conditions.

Milestones
1999
Foundation Stage
Qiantong Hardware & Electrical Appliances Factory was formally established in July 1999, focusing on electrical hardware spare parts and laying the foundation for our automotive accessory industrial layout.
2002
Infrastructure Expansion
We completed the construction of our first independent production plant and rebranded as Hangzhou Qiantong Tools Manufacture Co., Ltd. Moving into our own facility marked our first large-scale capacity expansion to support growing overseas market demands.
2007
Scaled Manufacturing Breakthrough
Our annual turnover surpassed USD 15 million(RMB 100 million ), validating our market recognition and scaled manufacturing capacity for major international clients. At this stage, our complete set of jump starter and charger series ranked top nationwide within the industry.
2012
Automation & Digital Transformation
We rolled out comprehensive workshop automation and lean production management. The subsequent implementation of MES, SCM, ERP and 5S management systems optimized production workflows, ensuring exceptional product consistency and efficiency. We were later honored as a provincial demonstration enterprise for integrated development of information technology and manufacturing.
2016
Automotive Safety Portfolio Launch
We launched independent R&D and mass production of car battery chargers and jump starters, enriching our one-stop product range for vehicle emergency safety. This year, we rebranded officially to Zhejiang Safemate Automotive Safety & Emergency Technology Co., Ltd. and completed listing on the New Third Board. Back then our product range covered over 400 models.
2020
Global Footprint: Indonesia Factory Established
Expanding beyond borders, we built self-owned manufacturing facilities in Surabaya, Indonesia, supplementing our two domestic plants in Hangzhou & Jiande and forming a 3-site global production layout. This milestone strategically optimizes tariff structures and logistics costs for global mass orders, while we obtained national high-tech enterprise certification in prior years.
2023
Strategic Expansion into EV & New Energy
Responding to global green energy trends, we set up exclusive, independent production lines for EV charging products and supporting accessories, formally entering the booming new energy automotive sector. Years of continuous research have expanded our product matrix to over 700 one-stop models to meet diversified global procurement needs.
2024
Mass Delivery Milestone
Our Surabaya, Indonesia factory recorded an annual shipment volume exceeding 2.4 million pieces, demonstrating our mature large-batch production and stable delivery capability for international bulk orders, with an overall annual factory output reaching 6 million sets.
2026
Upgraded Global Manufacturing Base
We completed the relocation and full operation of our expanded, state-of-the-art new factory in Semarang, Indonesia. This upgraded overseas manufacturing hub further enlarges our total output to meet the fast-growing global demand for automotive safety and EV products.
